1. In Windows go to "Start" and type "Credential Manager."


2. When "Credential Manager" appears in the list, click on "Credential Manager." 


3. Click on "Windows Credentials."  There should be a list for "OneDrive Cached Credential Business - Business1."  Click on "OneDrive Cached Credential Business - Business1" to open the settings.




4. Once the settings window appears, click on "Remove."



5. When prompted to delete the credential, click on "Yes."



The error should be resolved, and a file now can be shared.   NOTE: The first time can take several minutes when sharing a file, as the information stored in the cache needs to rebuild.
