Overview
- Paycom is our employee information application that stores employee bio data, handles time sheets and absence management and is also used for recruiting.
- There are two types of login for Paycom.
- "Employee" login which all staff use to manage time sheets and leave requests.
- "Client" login which managers use to approve leave requests, review and approve time sheets and to manage recruiting functions if they are a hiring manager.
- Login is achieved through single sign-on using your Microsoft 365 credentials. These are the same UserID and password that you use to login to Windows when you start your laptop.
- Paycom is cloud based application accessed via a web browser.
Logging In
- Open your browser and put in the URL "office.com"
- If you browser is already logged in, or authenticated you will see the list of icons (Image 1)
- If you are not already logged in you will see a screen like this.
- Click Sign-in and when requested entre your M365 credentials and password.
- The username format is like this for Stephe Dean - sdean@medicalteams.org
Accessing Paycom
- Once you are logged into office.com with your Medical Teams credentials you will see a screen (Image 1)
- You will see text at the top of the screen that says "Medical Teams - Default"
- Click this and it will jump to the list of Medical Teams specific apps - including PayCom
- Click the PayCom icon and you will be logged into the Paycom Employee application

Access the Paycom Client Login
- Once you are logged in to the Paycom Employee console you can move to the Client Login
- Click on the small "head and shoulders" icon in the top right hand corner of the screen
- A small window will open and you will see Client Login as an option as in the image below.
- Click "Client Login" in this small window and you will see the Paycom client console
