You can do the following to edit a PDF file.
1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. Go to File>Open, and select "Browse."
3. For the file type, select "PDF" (Image 1), find the file and click "Open."

4. You will be prompted to covert the file to an editable Word document, click "Okay."
