In order to manage cloud storage, our current MS Teams recording expiration is set to 60 days by default.  You can change this for a specific meeting recording by moving out the expiration or setting the recording to never expire.  For example, if you have a training video that involves external resources or want a permanent recoding, then you may want to remove the expiration manually.  We will go through the steps as follows:

Step 1.  Open MS Teams and click on the specific meeting Chat.

Step 2. Click on the warning here or the three ellipsis in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 3. Microsoft Stream will open and in the lower left-hand corner will show the current expiration.

Step 4. Click on the expiration and change it to prudent time in the future or remove.

Step 5.  In order to find your recording in the future, it will be on OneDrive in a folder called Recordings.

Step 6. (Optional) You can download the file and publish to Stream in a specific channel.
