Phish Alert button has moved!
Many of you have noticed that the Phish Alert button is no longer where it used to be.
KnowBe4 (the service that provides this) has changed the location of the button within the email message.
To find the Phish Alert button now:
Outlook desktop client:
First, open the email message.
Next, find the “Ellipsis” …
Scroll to the bottom
You should see this option:
You can also place the Phish Alert button on the Ribbon for easier access.
Right click on the Phish Alert button and choose Pin to Ribbon:
You will then see it presented like this:
Outlook web application:
You can also use the Phish Alert on the Outlook web application.
Right click on the message you wish to report.
Select Report > Report phishing
