I cannot download my attachment in Outlook.  It says, "ATP Scan in Progress."

ATP (Advanced Threat Scan) is Microsoft's cloud service for scanning attachments and hyperlinks for Malware to prevent cyber threats.  The scanning process can take several minutes.  Once the scan is done, the attachment maybe be downloaded if no threat is detected.
