Medical Teams Unit4 ERP is configured for single sign-on - SSO. So if you access the application from the Office.com menu or a shortcut it should log you in by automatically finding your login credentials from Windows.
There may be certain situations when the login does not work automatically and you are shown the Unit4 Login Dialogue - see image below
When you see the dialog box that requests your UserID and password, there is a field at the top of the dialogue which says "Unit4 Application Authentication" - see the image below
Click on this box and you will see the dropdown - as in the image below
Select "Identity Services Authentication"
As soon as you do this it will begin to log you in - no userID or password required. The browser is finding your login credentials from Windows. This is called Single Sign-On or SSO.
Whenever you see the Unit4 login dialogue you can select "Identity Services Authentication"
