Your Tickets

  • Check your existing tickets (opened or closed). You can change the view to see only open or closed tickets.
  • Check the current status of an open ticket or rate a closed one.

Pending Approvals

  • If a ticket is raised and a request for your approval has been made, you can view it here to approve or deny.

Report an Incident

  • Submit a new ticket from this button, or use the red "New Ticket" button on the top right.

Request New Service

  • The service catalog is where you will request new software, hardware, accessories etc.
  • Request various specific services such as backing up or restoring your files.
  • This is the method in which managers will request new employee accounts or terminations.

Browse Solutions

  • If you've made it this far, then you have discovered that the new portal contains a "Self Help" or "Solutions" section. This section will be regularly updated with how-to's and general information articles. 

  • Articles may appear when submitting a ticket if a keyword is included.
