Your Tickets
- Check your existing tickets (opened or closed). You can change the view to see only open or closed tickets.
- Check the current status of an open ticket or rate a closed one.
Pending Approvals
- If a ticket is raised and a request for your approval has been made, you can view it here to approve or deny.
Report an Incident
- Submit a new ticket from this button, or use the red "New Ticket" button on the top right.
Request New Service
- The service catalog is where you will request new software, hardware, accessories etc.
- Request various specific services such as backing up or restoring your files.
- This is the method in which managers will request new employee accounts or terminations.
Browse Solutions
If you've made it this far, then you have discovered that the new portal contains a "Self Help" or "Solutions" section. This section will be regularly updated with how-to's and general information articles.
- Articles may appear when submitting a ticket if a keyword is included.
